After living abroad in Melbourne, Australia for seven years, she returned to Florida and fell in love with both the Gulf Coast lifestyle and a fifth-generation Fort Myers native—Martin Hawley. Together, they invested years in church revitalization work, serving communities from inner-city Atlanta to Long Island, New York before returning to Fort Myers, the place Kim has always considered home.

With a background as a certified counselor, Kim brings a rare level of empathy, active listening, and emotional intelligence to her work in real estate. She has an innate ability to connect with clients, ask the right questions, and truly hear what they’re saying—even when they’re still figuring it out themselves. When not on the water, you’ll often find her enjoying time on the golf course or spending meaningful moments with family.
